whoa, haven't been in here for ages.
have been really busy with the apartment. it's really coming along now. i'm getting to like it more each day, that is, because i add something new to it everyday.
i just bought a coffee machine at a sale and won a popcorn maker. it's quite funny. i've never actually won anything i like. this is the first. i can finally stop doing the popcorn take-out routine. yeah, the people at the counter always give me strange looks because no one actually gets take-out popcorn.
anyway, house-warming should be soon, as soon as we fix up the lamps, buy side tables for our bed, fix up the bed in the guest room, buy a folding screen and get a crate of wine. then we shall be all set for the house warming, which may not be that soon, come to think of it...
i'm just grumbling like a housewife who cleans the house everyday but does anyone realise the amount of fur 4 cats and a dog can shed?!
someone picked up a cat and left it with me. he's very sweet, i call him diesel because he's a dirty grey. would anyone like to adopt a very sweet cat who loves to cuddle and show off how loud he can purr? please?
meanwhile, it's cleaning and cleaning and cleaning for me! if anyone looks for me, i'll be scubbng the kitchen floor...
