it was a ho-hum birthday, nothing special as i continued my day as if i had not turned 27.
i'm now officially old.
since i'm older, i'm supposed to be wiser, therefore i went to the bank and opened a new account to home my 'botswana trip fund'. this also marks the beginning of an entire year of scrimping and not 'living it'.
sigh.
nevertheless, i can't wait to get my feet on botswana soil and see cheetahs up close, and i'm even starting to research for my next trip which will take place next year.
maybe brazil.... or madagascar....
